Partner Process

(4 Steps)

  1. Kickoff – Clarify goals, audience, and desired outcomes for the event together.

  2. Discovery – Content is customized to reflect your team’s culture, current challenges and desired goals.

  3. Delivery – An engaging keynote, workshop, or nature-based experience designed to create meaningful connection and long-lasting change.

  4. Integration – Follow-up tools, practices and meetings to keep the momentum going forward.

For as long as we’ve gathered around fires, people have shared stories to make sense of life, remember who we are, and feel our connection to the world around us. When we listen, we slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the rhythms of both our inner lives and the natural world. There is much to uncover when we are fully present.

I bring a nature-informed, dynamic, and grounded approach to these talks: blending storytelling with interactive exercises that engage mind, body, and soul. My goal is not just to speak, but to create a space where participants experience those moments when something lands, like Tetris pieces falling into place, a sense of core alignment. These clicks of recognition are felt as much as they are understood, leaving participants with practices they can carry into daily life.

Whether addressing a business, community group, or large event, I focus on fostering actionable hope, rekindling connection within ourselves, with each other, and with the living world we share. Each session becomes an invitation into reflection, curiosity, and the quiet transformation of coming home again.

Bring the power of nature and story to your next event.

SIgnature talks

  • Courage to Change: Embracing Discomfort

Challenge: In high-performing environments, avoidance often disguises itself as productivity. Teams stay busy but disconnected, managing stress through distraction instead of presence.

Outcome: Participants learn to recognize avoidance patterns, develop emotional resilience, and use discomfort as a catalyst for clarity and innovation.

Commitment: I help teams shift from avoidance to engagement through nature-based and evidence-informed practices that build courage, adaptability, and trust both individually and collectively.

  • Contact: The Art of Connection

Challenge: In many workplaces, people communicate constantly yet connect rarely. The result is misalignment, low morale, and a loss of shared purpose.

Outcome: Participants strengthen awareness, empathy, and communication across physical, emotional, and relational levels. They leave with tools for building genuine connection and psychological safety within teams.

Commitment: I guide groups through practical and reflective exercises that restore contact by helping teams work not just alongside each other, but with each other.

  • Natural World: Earth Philosophy for Modern Work

Challenge: Organizations often overlook one of the greatest teachers of sustainable success: nature itself. Without alignment to natural rhythms, burnout and creative stagnation become the norm.

Outcome: Participants discover how the principles of thriving ecosystems balance, interdependence, and regeneration can inform leadership, collaboration, and long-term impact.

Commitment: I help teams integrate nature’s intelligence into the way they work, so performance is balanced with well-being, and growth is sustainable by design.

  • Shifting Lenses: Communication & Boundaries

Challenge: Miscommunication, blurred boundaries, and unaddressed tension quietly drain energy and erode trust within teams.

Outcome: Participants learn to communicate with clarity, listen deeply, and set boundaries that support both accountability and care. They gain tools to navigate conflict and repair relationships with intention.

Commitment: I offer experiential learning that expands perspective, enhances collaboration, and strengthens a team’s collective capacity to communicate with integrity and empathy.
